After a long, soul-searching hiatus, Wikipedia Adventures is back!
In this show, we talk about the German government’s decision to fund the development and maintainence of german-language Wikipedia articles. We take a few, err, tangents along the way, and what we end up with is a very special show, suitable for our very close friends and both of our fans (hi Scott and Willis).

For this episode we talked about the Frederick Wiseman article. Wiseman has played a very significant yet under-appreciated role in the history of documentary film. John dabbles in documentary film and had recently done some research on Wiseman. We discuss Wiseman’s style and philosophy, and his place in documentary film.
update: The photo we found didn’t have the rights cleared so got removed. We are working on contacting the copyright owners, or finding another photo.
